Free Student Housing  -  Preferred Hotel

Deadline for making housing requests is set to April 1st. 

Free Student Housing

Free housing will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority for student competitors.  Housing may be floor space for sleeping bags!

Even though we try to get visiting teams free sleeping space, we recommend getting a hotel room to share. Hotels near campus are very affordable so instead of travelling 30 minutes to the host house, it might be worth sharing a room with your friends..

with: the names, genders, and preferences (e.g. no pets, smoker/nonsmoker, etc) of your competitors.

Housing volunteers should also email Christine at the above address with the number & gender of guests you can house, and whether you have pets, are a smoker, and what type of sleeping arrangements are available.
