This event will be a showcase of ballroom talent interlaced with social dancing. Professional instructors from Temptation Ballroom and their students, Charlotte Dancesport team members with solos and group performances as well as very talented amateurs

Here is the event schedule:

7:30 pm - Social Dancing

8:30 pm - Showcase Dances

9:15pm - Social Dancing

9:30 pm - Showcase Dances

10:15 pm - Social Dance

Event ends @ 10:45 pm

Call (919)-523-1329 to reserve your seat. Tickets will be on sale at the door as well.

Locations is Lucas Ballroom in Cone Center . Once you arrive on UNC Charlotte Campus, follow yellow "Dance Event" signs to the visitor parking lot. Cone Center is the building next to the Visitor Lot.

This event turned out really fun. We had good salsa music, delicious food and awesome performances by Robertas and Inga.

 

 

Chatlotte Dancesport Challenge - March 23&24

Charlotte Dancesport Challenge  was a huge success

with 170 competitors and $1700 scholarships awarded

Charlotte Dancesport Challenge amateur dance competition will take place on UNC Charlotte Campus on March 23rd and 24 the 2007.  We will have a social dance on Friday night (March 23) where teams will have time to check in and dance on the floor.

Swing Night- Saturday March 17th

We are organizing this event together with  Charlotte Swing Dance Society.  It will take place in Lucas room in Cone Center on UNC Charlotte campus.

This event is being co-organized by Charlotte Dancesport (aka 49er Social & Ballroom Dance Club) and Charlotte Swing Dance Society.

This event was a huge success with around 140 guests throughout the night. Thanks to members of Charlotte Dancesport and Charlotte Swing Dance Society for their effort to make this a big success.
