Program The
primary objective of the Finance Management Associate Program (Finance MAPs)
is to accelerate development of new associates into distinguished members of
the corporate Finance Group. The best way to prepare associates to succeed as
leaders in our ever-changing environment is to expose them to a multitude of
new experiences in the early stages of their careers. Finance MAPs Mission To
champion training, mentoring and experiential learning while empowering
associates new to corporate finance to actively manage their development,
realize their potential, and maximize their contributions to Bank of America. Requirements We
recruit candidates who have undergraduate or graduate degrees in accounting,
finance and/or business. Strong academics should be accompanied by competency
in leadership, teamwork, problem solving, flexibility, motivation, customer
focus, embracing change and the ability to "get things done". |
