Information Form - Use this to request that a legal
contract be written for a speaker/lecturer who you are hiring. This is
necessary if you are inviting someone to speak and are paying them. (Format:
Excel/Size: 34KB)

Form - Use this form to request a budget for your
charter. (Format: Excel/ Size: 88 KB)
