For the purpose of promoting high scholastic standards at UNC Charlotte, Charlotte, NC; maintaining a chapter of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi chartered and installed at UNC Charlotte on December 2, 1980; and furthering the ideals and objectives of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the members of UNC Charlotte chapter do hereby adopt the following By-laws for its government.
