Iraq Stories

Iraq Stories was a huge success!  The guest speakers performed quite well and the open format led to a long Q&A session with audience members.  Several members will be appearing on WFAE 90.7fm for a follow-up session on the "Charlotte Talks" radio broadcast.

It is important of the community to hear the voice of the Junior Enlisted men and women who have participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Thus far in the media we have heard politicians, senior officers, and diplomats, while the voices of the individuals who walked the streets of Baghdad have become mere whispers in the distance.

The event was moderated by Major General Swannack Retired.
